We are pleased to share with you the executive summary of The Minneapolis Foundation’s 2009-2015 Strategic Plan.
The Foundation’s Board of Trustees developed this plan with significant input from our donors, nonprofits, and community leaders. We wanted to determine how we could best deliver on our core purpose: helping Minnesotans make the most of their charitable giving and working in partnership with others to strengthen our community.
One year later, this plan has already helped us improve our services to donors, focus our Community Grantmaking investments, and strengthen our operations It continues to be an effective guide for our work.
