Section 509(a)(3) of the IRS Code that is operated exclusively for the
benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of
one or more specified public charities.
Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi Foundation for Children (RKMC Foundation)
The Robins,
Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi Foundation for Children was established in
October 1998 with proceeds from the landmark settlement in the Minnesota
tobacco lawsuit.
Since
its creation, the Foundation has funneled its efforts into improving
the lives of children in the areas of health, education, and social
justice. Since 1998, Foundation contributions in these areas
