The Minneapolis Foundation and its funding partners
periodically issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to generate proposals
from community organizations that address a specific issue or topic
area. Each RFP has different criteria based on the focus of the fund
issuing it, and each has its own application process and deadline.
