Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness

Fourth Generation members focused you preventing youth homelessness last year and funded Full Cycle to provide homeless and at-risk youth with access to free and healthy transportation, job training, and other resources.

Building our city, one home at a time

Urban Homeworks strengthens our community by making homeownership more accessible for low-income families and individuals and working with minority contractors to rehab homes. The organization is one of many efforts we support to spark and support community development activities in our city.

Housing Plus

A stable home is a steppingstone to success. The Minneapolis Foundation and our donors have funded CommonBond Communities to provide affordable housing with on-site services to help low-income individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency.

Nourishing strong communities

The Banyan Community received funding from The Minneapolis Foundation to help residents in the East Phillips neighborhood transform their community and get excited about where they live.
