REFUND POLICY

 

Event registration cancellations must be received at least five business days prior to an event to receive a  refund. Event registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations made less than five days prior to the event. Cancellations may be made by e-mail at cancel@mplsfoundation.org.

Refunds will be made by check or by credit card depending on original method of payment. Please be advised that credit card refunds will reflect a 3% deduction for processing fees charged by the credit card company. (Note - refunds may not be processed until after the event.)
