The Foundation continues to collaborate with other local foundations to support equal opportunity in education and employment for women and people of color through the Minnesota Dream Fund. Created in response to a Ford Foundation grant to help end the need for affirmative action by the year 2030, the fund awarded two major projects $320,000 in 2007.
