1) Complete and submit the Donor Advised Fund application
2) Discuss and finalize the terms of your fund with a staff member
3) Sign a fund agreement
4) Make your initial contribution
5) Enjoy recommending grants!

A few notes:

You may complete as much or as little of the application now as you like; you can return to it later to fill in remaining information or a development staff member can complete it for you.

Note that only the following fields are required:

• Contact Information for the individual establishing the fund
• Fund Name (this can be temporary)
• Initial Contribution Amount (this can be an estimate)
