Education

From Worst to First

Minneapolis’ Friendship Academy is a small school with a big vision! The tuition-free charter school has found academic success by using arts integration to teach the core subjects of reading, math, science, social studies, physical education and health.

Watch this inspirational interview with the school’s executive director, Charvez Russell, to find out how Friendship Academy turned itself around and is now setting a new standard in the world of education.
