Each year, Luz María Frías, Vice President of Community Impact at the Foundation, and her team help steward $5-6 million in community resources to address critical issues in Minneapolis, focusing on education, economic vitality, and civic engagement. While Minneapolis frequently tops “Best Cities in America” lists for its green spaces, job market, and foodie scene, it sadly ranks among the nations worst when it comes to racial disparities.
