The Minnesota Principals Survey

The Minnesota Principals Survey (MnPS) looked to elevate the voices of school leaders across the state. The comprehensive survey was completed by hundreds of leaders in 2021. The intent of the survey was to ascertain how leaders felt about their job, including their preparedness and confidence to do their job, not to assess how well leaders were doing their jobs.
