Across Minnesota, thousands of students have benefited from projects created by educators who received grants through the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s Understand Native Minnesota campaign, administered by the Minneapolis Foundation.
We need to build an education system that works for each and every child. Through research, learning collectives, grantmaking, co-investment, and more, we are pursuing equity in education.
