There’s roughly $250 billion in philanthropic capital held in Donor Advised Funds (called “DAFs”) that isn’t getting to communities fast enough. We want to change that. The Minneapolis Foundation offers resources and experiences you won’t find at commercial DAF providers, creating pathways for donors to learn, connect with others, and expand their vision of what’s possible.

Carole Lee Randall and Hilary Smedsrud are fervent supporters of Giving Voice, an organization of choruses for people with Alzheimer’s and their care partners. In addition to making grants to Giving Voice, these friends sing in one of the choruses and are nurturing a new chapter they started in Arizona.
