Funding to Preserve Black History

When it became clear that there was no plan for preserving the plywood murals made by protesters and mourners in the wake of George Floyd’s murder, Leesa Kelly took on the responsibility of collecting as many as she could. A Racial and Economic Justice grant is helping her preserve this art through her organization, Memorialize the Movement.
